Best Current Practices (BCP) Documents

BCPs document the way things are supposed to happen in the Internet
and the Internet standards process. These documents are published
simultaneously in the BCP series and in the RFC series; the BCP number
for a particular topic persists even if the RFC first published under
that BCP is replaced.
